Lauren Waterstrat, Founder & Creator of Weddings By L , is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and event production industry. Her journey began in the corporate world, where she coordinated events for a major real estate brokerage. During this time, she managed the opening of new offices across the U.S. and organized the annual national convention in Las Vegas. While these events were impactful, their infrequency inspired Lauren to fully immerse herself in the world of event production.

Eager to explore new opportunities, Lauren transitioned into the music industry, gaining invaluable on-site experience at major festivals such as Lollapalooza in Chicago and Decadence, Goldrush, and PHX Lights in Phoenix. A notable career highlight was her contribution to the Super Bowl post-game celebration for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2023.

Today, Lauren brings her expertise to the Wedding Planning field, combining meticulous attention to detail with a deep understanding of creating unforgettable experiences for the Bride, Groom and each attendee. Whether managing large-scale productions or curating bespoke events, Lauren focuses on delivering seamless, impactful experiences that exceed expectations.
